Job Description

1. Familiar with the entire process of door, window, and curtain wall construction, fully responsible for the management of construction projects

2. Go deep into the construction site, organize the construction reasonably according to the drawings and contract requirements, control the use of materials on site, save costs, and eliminate waste

3. Responsible for performing comprehensive work related to technology, engineering progress, on-site management, quality inspection, etc. during contract execution within the authorized scope

4. Ensure timely delivery and completion, solve various problems that arise during construction, and coordinate various relationships

5. Do a good job in the basic management of the project, ensure the accurate and timely transmission and feedback of various documents, materials, data, and other information, and timely carry out engineering settlement and clearing

6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

Employment Requirements

1. Full time undergraduate degree in architecture related majors, with a construction engineer certificate, independently responsible for large-scale door, window, and curtain wall projects

2. More than 8 years of on-site project management experience

3. Coordinate the relationship between Party A, the supervisor, and the general contractor, and manage internal labor services

4. Rigorous work style and strong execution ability. Having a good work attitude and strong sense of responsibility
